CASE STUDIES

Crêchendo Training has extensive experience of managing and delivering ESF funded projects. Crêchendo Training is currently in the process of completing an ESF contract in partnership with Wandsworth Early Years Development and Childcare partnership (Playwork 100) awarded by London Central LSC - the aim of this project was to increase playwork qualification levels (100 playworkers) within the voluntary sector in Wandsworth, complying with OFSTED regulations. The project has been extremely successful with 30 beneficiaries achieving a Level 3 Diploma in Playwork and 60 beneficiaries achieving a level 2 Certificate in Playwork - with a 90% retention rate on the project.

Crêchendo Training has also worked in conjunction with London West LSC to be at the forefront of training development within the sector and piloted the new CACHE Level 4 'Managing Quality Standards in Children's Services' qualification. 12 candidates were successfully recruited from across all 6 Boroughs in the London West LSC region, with impressive results of 100% retention and achievment of a level 4 qualification.
