With the seemingly ever changing status of the Qualifications Curriculum Framework (QCF) and the introduction of the full and relevant qualifications, how are Settings, Organisations and Local Authorities meant to keep track of individual training needs?
Crechendo Training has successfully created a bespoke online Training Needs Analysis Tool to do just that!
What is a Training Needs Analysis Tool?
A Training Needs Analysis (TNA) is an effective way to identify any skills and knowledge gaps of employees on an individual basis within a setting, organisation or local authority. This in turn can help you to clarify your objectives when it comes to staff training in a simple, efficient and cost-effective way - with the knowledge of what training is required by your team.
How does it work? Our TNA is a bespoke and simple online questionnaire which is completed by each employee to identify their training gaps. It is designed to meet your objectives whilst providing an opportunity for open and honest responses. It is a great tool to identify individual requirements by an individual themselves.
These results are recorded and analysed; they highlight the current level of competence and any development needs which arise initially on an individual basis and then collectively as a team.
What do I have to do?As the TNA is bespoke for each setting, organisation or local authority it is important to discuss the individual objectives which will provide you with a more focused knowledge and understanding of what training is required.
