Unit 1: Individual Professional Development 

As a professional we all know and understand the importance of reflective practice, but are often inundated with every day issues, which invade our time.

Course Content

This course lasting 60 hours is designed to provide an opportunity to acquire the necessary skills to reflect on and evaluate one's own practice whilst working within a setting. It will also assist in developing professional development plans, setting achievable targets and goals for the development of practical skills.

This is a compulsory module for anyone completing the CPD qualification
