The ILM Level 5 Award in Management aims to give practising or potential managers the foundation for their formal development in this role. The qualification does this by developing basic middle management skills and assisting participants in gaining the basic knowledge required at this level.
Course Content
Crechendo Training is able to be flexible as to how the programme can be run. The course is based on a minimum of 45 Guided Learning Hours. The method of delivery will be informal and interactive, and each participant will receive folders, pens, and handouts to support their learning. The course consists of three units and two assignment tasks to completed the award.

M4.01 Understanding the Management Role
M5.01 Developing the Reflective Manager
M5.02 Managing Improvement
